Buzz Biernac
ki, a 1975 DNHS graduate, is a Board Member of the Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation and Chairperson for their annual Festival of Trees fundraiser. This year’s Dec. 5-7 Trees event raised over $50,000.
Buzz Biernacki also played on the ’74 DNHS state championship football team. Biernacki’s career includes a BA in Finance from UNM, many years in Hospital Administration and now a career in real estate. Some eight years ago, Biernacki volunteered for the Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation and became chairperson for the annual Festival of Trees fundraiser.
Biernacki encourages DN alums to learn about the Foundation as it raises money to support medical treatment for NM children, provide special equipment for Carrie Tingley Hospital, fund special camps and athletic events for children and much more.
